Tracy was an absolute gem in helping me find affordable tires for my car. She was easy to talk with and honest. Great family owned shop that doesn't pressure you into services you don't need!

They missed a major oil leak and then found it and on the same day were willing to keep doing general maintenance work ($600) which I would not have done. Total cost of the work would be in the $4,000 range. I would not depend on them to find problems early and relay them in a timely manner. I am bringing it to a BMW shop as Powertune said that 'BMW have oil engine problems'. This is partially my fault as I brought it in for auto detailing months before and the technician within 1 minute of looking at the engine said: 'There is a leak that you should look at'. So Powertune was either incompetent or inexperienced in seeing the problem. I should have brought it to a BMW service station. Upon reflection, perhaps I was being harsh. It is not there problem to report maintenance issues until it is serious and you sell the car 'as is'. They were quite willing to make major repairs but I would be careful about their expertise on BMW's and keeping an older car in good condition.

Tracey and Warren were paramount helping me with my Civic's brakes and general maintenance until it was time to upgrade. I was sold a lemon and Warren took the time to write up an incredibly detailed report to help me fight my case. Both were willing to share their knowledge and expertise. They ultimately helped me get in a safe car. I cannot recommend them enough!

Several of my family members have relied on Warren at Powertune for years. I've taken my cars here sporadically and the work has always been done quickly, efficiently, and economically. In June 2025 I went back and was thrilled to discover that Tracey, a fellow Honda driver, is now in the shop. She was GREAT, very communicative and understood my budget, zeroing in on important maintenance items. I had new brakes front and rear, tires rotated, oil changed, and a new drive belt in a day. Definitely will make this my only shop from now on. Thanks Tracey!

My car had a sudden oil leak (light went on on dashboard, and I saw the leak stream under the car). I was traveling toward Boston from NY- clearly not a local. Powertune was the only place open and willing to assist on a summer Friday just before 5 pm. They were incredibly friendly, informative, careful and attentive to detail. They could have said the oil tank was ruptured and needed to be replaced. In fact, the plug had fallen out (was missing); the mechanic ran out to buy a replacement, refilled the oil and did the soap test to double check/make sure no other leaks. In just over an hour, she diagnosed, verified, got the part and did all the work. The price was exceedingly reasonable. I’m an out of stater with white hair, they had me over a barrel yet could not have treated me better!
